- **Instructions:** Start at the baseline and dribble to half-court with your right hand, sprint back to the baseline. Repeat with your left hand. Mix in crossovers, behind-the-back, and between-the-legs dribbles on each sprint.
2. **Cone Dribbling Drills**
- **Duration:** 5 minutes
- **Instructions:** Set up 5-6 cones in a straight line (about 3 feet apart). Dribble in and out of the cones using various moves (crossovers, behind-the-back, etc.) to improve ball handling.
3. **Figure 8 Dribbling**
- **Duration:** 3 minutes
- **Instructions:** Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and dribble the ball in a figure-8 motion around your legs, using fingertips for control.
#### **Shooting Drills (15 minutes)**
1. **Form Shooting**
- **Duration:** 5 minutes
- **Instructions:** Start close to the basket and focus on perfecting your shooting form. Gradually take steps back as you build rhythm and confidence.
2. **Spot Shooting (5 Spots)**
- **Duration:** 5 minutes
- **Instructions:** Pick 5 spots around the key (baseline, wing, top of the key, opposite wing, opposite baseline). Take 5 shots at each spot before moving to the next.
3. **Free Throw Shooting**
- **Duration:** 3 minutes
- **Instructions:** Shoot free throws, focusing on your routine and consistency. Aim for a certain number of makes (e.g., 10).
#### **Game Simulation and Conditioning (8 minutes)**
1. **1-Minute Shooting Drill**
- **Duration:** 4 minutes (2 sets of 1 minute each, with 1-minute rest)
- **Instructions:** Shoot as many shots as possible in 1 minute from a specific area (e.g., corner threes). Track your makes and aim to improve in the second set.
2. **Full-Court Layup Drill**
- **Duration:** 4 minutes
- **Instructions:** Start at one end of the court, sprint to the other end for a layup, grab the ball, and repeat on the opposite side. Alternate hands for layups.
